The Capital Grille in Larimer Square offers an exceptional fine dining experience! 🌟 We visited for an early dinner, and the ambiance was cozy yet upscale, setting the perfect tone for our evening.
My boyfriend savored the filet mignon, cooked to perfection, while I opted for the pan-seared seabass, which was beautifully tender and complemented by miso butter. Appetizers, especially the calamari, were delightful, and we loved the variety of small sides - definitely recommend the au gratin potatoes!
Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the warm bread basket was a nice touch. Can’t wait to return! 🍷✨
