So I got the Cheesesteak with extra roast beef and mayonnaise, but it didn't come with either of those things unfortunately.
I have a feeling if you order in-person instead of through their app then this wouldn't happen.
Overall it was good, just dry, which is what the mayonnaise would have been for.
The store wasn't very busy at 1pm, a few customers but that's all.
Some napkins/trash on the ground but that's it.
The employee who handed me my sub must have been a mute since no words were spoken by him.

Went in to try to grab a quick lunch.
Figured it was a sandwich place it would be quick.
There was one guy in front of me in line, and several people sitting at tables or standing by the pickup counter.
Did not look very busy at all.
So I ordered a sandwich, it took forever.
They seem to be prioritizing online orders instead of people there in the store.
Lots of people came in after me also.
They were very rarely even calling people's names to come pick up their sandwiches.
I started waited for almost 40 minutes and then left without my food.

Really yummy sandwich (Turkey & Swiss Cheese on wheat), with fresh ingredients.
The bread was slightly over-toasted, just barely burnt, but the person preparing the sandwich was training and it didn't ruin the flavors.
The sandwich was great! Fun (hybrid) pop-culture paintings to look at on the walls while you wait.
