I recently dined at Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps during my stay at the Hyatt Regency in Denver, and I was pleasantly surprised!

The breakfast buffet was worth every penny of the $26. The omelet bar was a standout, and the selection of pastries was delightful - many fresh and artisan-made.

Service was impressive, especially from Ms. Jordyn, who managed to be attentive despite the bustling crowd. The ambiance is casual yet trendy, making it perfect for any occasion.

Just wish I hadn’t spotted the fruit flies near the buffet... Overall, a solid experience! 🍳✨
