Tucked away in Stovehouse, The Brewers Cooperative is a hidden gem!

I visited for a quiet Saturday lunch and enjoyed the friendly service as staff guided me through the menu. I opted for the Gouda Mac with Braised Pork, and it was absolutely "Gouda"! My husband loved the fried chicken sandwich with pineapple sauce, perfect with a side of sweet potato fries. 🥳

The atmosphere is relaxed, complete with games and outdoor seating. Plus, the brewery ambiance, with fermenters and kettles on display, adds a unique touch. Definitely worth a visit for delicious food and good vibes! 🍻
