The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.® is a cozy spot nestled inside the Courtyard Huntsville, perfect for a quick bite or a laid-back meal. I stopped in for lunch and tried the tot-chos, which were an imaginative take on nachos. Tater tots topped with green chilies, cheese, bacon bits, and a buffalo ranch dip - delicious!

The service was a bit uneven; some staff were super friendly while others seemed a bit distracted. Janice, my morning waiter, was fantastic! Just a heads up, it can get a little crowded, especially during lunch. Overall, a nice place with good coffee and a welcoming atmosphere! ☕️✨
