We were greeted with “How Many” when we walked in with our family to tryout shogun.
Our meal was prepared quickly (not much of a show) and the rice was hard.
We brought a cake (daughter’s bday) and had to ask them to hold it for us.
When we got finished all our plates were still on the table, the waiter didn’t tell anyone about us having a birthday nor did she ask if we were ready for her cake (my husband had to go looking for her).
To top it off they wrote on our receipt gratuity of 15% because they considered my husband and 4 children a party.
Tokyo is where we normally go so we are super disappointed with Shogun and their service.

What by myself, this time just to get away and just to enjoy a little piece and quiet.
Love the food here.
It's always very good.
The people that own the place are very nice and very sweet.
Come by here and get some really good food.

The food was great.
Good taste and serving size.
The staff were helpful.
