During our recent trip to Springfield, we decided to stop by The Big Biscuit for breakfast, and it was fantastic! The moment we walked in, the cozy decor made us feel right at home. I ordered the French toast, which was fluffy and indulgent, while my partner enjoyed the hearty scramble bowl. Both dishes were generously portioned and incredibly satisfying.

The wait was short, even for a busy Sunday morning, and our server was attentive and friendly. I'd highly recommend this spot for a family brunch! 🥞
