The Big Biscuit is a delightful breakfast spot in Kansas City that completely won me over! 🥞 I’m usually not a breakfast person, but their fluffy, award-winning biscuits are a game changer. I tried the Yard Bird - fried chicken nestled between soft biscuits, paired with crispy hash browns.

The atmosphere is casual, perfect for families, and the servers are friendly and attentive. Be sure to join the online waitlist since it can get busy - our wait was about an hour on New Year’s Day, but the manager kept spirits high! Can’t wait to return! 🍳✨
