The Russell is a cute restaurant with a comfort and welcoming feel.The food was fresh and delicious.The warm olives with grilled bread was a great way to start off our meal.My entree was the tasty green pear salad.The salad had green pears, blue cheese, dried cherries, candied walnuts and a bourbon pear vinaigrette.My friend had the same salad, but added grilled chicken.Their dessert choices are over the top.I highly recommend the fudge brownie with buttercream.I am a chocolate lover and a buttercream fan, so this was the perfect combination.
The Russell in Main is a superb catering company for any gathering large or small! Food is incredibly beautifully presented, tastes amazing, and the staff is exemplary! Carly and Peter are profession, attentive, prompt, and very good at what they do when enlisted for a catering event.I highly recommend!!
I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile and it did not disappoint. I loved the menu, atmosphere and service. I had the Sumac bowl while my friend had the BLT, I was very happy with mine as the tenderloin was very tender and flavorful and everything was proportioned just right. I can’t wait to go back and try other things on their menu.
