I recently visited Thai Recipe Cuisine in San Jose, and it has quickly become a favorite! 😊
The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff set a welcoming tone right away. I ordered the Roti paired with their delicious peanut sauce, and the pumpkin curry with rice was a standout - full of flavor and beautifully presented.
My drink of choice, the Thai iced tea, complemented everything perfectly. The service was impressively fast, making it an ideal spot for a quick lunch.
