Everest Cuisine in San Jose has quickly become my go-to spot for modern Indian and Nepali dishes! 🌟

The butter chicken is an absolute standout - rich, creamy, and comforting. My spouse enjoyed the chicken biryani, though the spice level surprised our kid! The steamed momos and pakoras were flavorful delights.

The casual atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. With plenty of parking and great takeout options, it’s perfect for family meals or solo dining. Can’t wait to go back and explore more of their tempting menu! 🍛✨
