Thai Pepper in Fort Collins is a cozy gem, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner! 🌿 I tried the pineapple curry with shrimp, packed with fresh veggies in a delightful sauce - absolutely a standout dish! My partner enjoyed the chicken basil fried rice, which was equally delicious.
The service was friendly and quick, and the boba tea selection caught my eye; I especially loved the unique banana boba! 🍌 Although not the *best* Thai I've had, it's consistently delightful and caters well to gluten-free diners. A lovely spot to relax after visiting CSU! 😊

Thai Pepper is a delightful little spot in Fort Collins! 🌶️ I popped in for lunch and was impressed by the fast service and cozy atmosphere. I ordered the pineapple curry with shrimp, and it was bursting with fresh veggies and flavors.
My partner had the chicken basil fried rice, which he enjoyed as well, though I preferred my dish! The boba tea - especially the unique banana flavor - was a fun surprise.
It's a great option for a casual meal, especially after a stroll around CSU. Their gluten-free menu was a nice touch too. Overall, a solid experience! 🍽️
