Thai Bistro

We tried this place on a whim and we’re so impressed.
Pad kee mao and pad thai were both delicious.
We got a level 2 spice and it was perfect.
Cute decor, clean, good portion size, and extremely fast.
We will be back!

The best Thai place we have been to in the treasure valley.
Always fresh and they do not skimp on the ingredients.
Plenty of protein in each dish.
The vegan spring rolls are outstanding.

I had the best salmon green curry I've ever had in my life anywhere on Earth at this restaurant! And I've been to Thai restaurants all over the US and many countries.
If you want to know what is the best tasting food for what you're looking for talk to your server Amy who is extremely helpful and humorous.
I read on Google maps that she will treat you like family and that is certainly the case.
My photos are of salmon Green Curry, the regular green curry and the vegetable medley.
There were four summer rolls but we ate two before thinking about taking a picture cuz they were so good! Do not pass this place up because it is very tasty and even though you might read on other reviews that the portions are small it must have been because the food was so good they ate it faster than they thought.
I highly recommend this place even though I live out of state and won't be back for a long time.
I wish Thai bistro was in my town!!!
