I have never been to this location around 8pm where they are not cleaning up, and saying they “don’t have things” (fresh made tortillas, chicken etc…).
Food is put away, kitchen areas are wiped down.
They close at 10pm.
Makes for a poor customer experience.
Service is slow as well.
We will no longer be frequenting this Cafe Rio location.
I’d rather drive 10 more minutes to a further location for a better experience.

Brown lettuce, brown guacamole.
Have ordered delivery many times & is always good but this time it was yucky.

Our food was great! I haven't been to a Cafe Rio in quite awhile and was disappointed with the smaller portions of just about everything, and of course the higher cost.
We averaged a little more than the normal $10-20.
It's closer to $15-25 per person...And no more free kids quesadillas! Dang it! But Ethan and Raquel were efficient and great!
