I've always loved Cafe Rio for its fresh take on Mexican cuisine, and despite some mixed reviews about this Boise location, my experience was refreshing! 🌮

I tried the Pork Barbacoa Burrito, and it was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The chips with queso were a must-have, adding that delightful crunch! However, the service was a bit slow during my visit, making the wait feel longer than expected.

While the ambiance could use a touch more cheer, the food was definitely worth it. Just maybe avoid peak hours! 😅 Can't wait to come back...!
