The Territory Kitchen and Bar is the restaurant located on the first floor of the Hilton Garden Inn.
It is right near the Convention Center.
Since I was staying at the Garden Inn, I had breakfast at the Territory one day, and dinner and a few beers on another day.
The breakfast was a buffet.
I think it was something like $23, which I thought was quite a lot for serve-yourself scrambled eggs sausage and bacon.
It was certainly okay, but I think you could get a much nicer breakfast for a similar price at a few other places in town.
As far as the dinner, I had the shrimp tacos and buffalo chicken wings.
Overall pretty good, but certainly nothing special.
Several good beers to choose from.
I had a fairly interesting graham crackers Stout.
I forget where it was from.
Good conversation with the bartender.

Employees never answer for hotel room service.
I had to call the hotel front desk and get transferred.
The employee was rude from the moment she picked up.
She tried to charge me $5 for fries that are supposed to be included with the club sandwich.
The menu states that the sandwich is served with fries or you can upgrade to a premium side for $2.
She claimed that this means you can optionally purchase fries for $5, which it absolutely does not mean.
She was so rude I no longer trusted her with my food and chose not to place an order.

Came here for breakfast twice while staying at the hotel.
Definitely better if you arrive early, as the buffet just sits there and may not get changed out with fresh stuff, depending on supply and demand.
Super sweet server staff and nice, clean and cute decor.
