Tasty Harmony is a delightful vegan gem in Fort Collins! 🌱 I stopped by for lunch and was thrilled by the cozy yet trendy atmosphere, complete with lovely plants and beautiful art. I ordered the Po Boy with oyster mushrooms - absolute perfection! It tasted just like soft-shell crab!
The spicy black eye pea soup was also a hit. Fast service and a fantastic selection of organic drinks, including their refreshing hard lemonade, made my experience even better. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return! Highly recommend for anyone, vegan or not! 🍽️✨
