Taste of Xi'an is a hidden gem in Bellevue Marketplace! 🍜

I recently tried their Biang Biang noodles with beef and the spicy fried noodles. The flavors were fresh and authentic, though do be warned - the spice level is no joke!

Service was a bit slow; we waited about 20 minutes during peak hours while navigating the self-order kiosks - it’s convenient but can be confusing.

While the lamb skewers felt a tad overpriced, I still enjoyed the unique atmosphere and will definitely return for more noodle adventures! Just be ready for a spicy surprise! 🌶️✨
