Shabu Shabu Kyoto in Bellevue is a gem for hot pot lovers! 🍲 From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. We indulged in the Sukiyaki with egg and sesame dipping sauce, both were divine!
Abu provided fantastic service, making sure our orders were spot on. The rib-eye and pork belly were tender and flavorful, and we couldn't get enough of the mushroom dynamite! Though the place gets busy during dinner hours, the quality of food and attentive staff make it worth the wait. Can't wait to return! 😊
