walking in anywhere with my disabled son is stressful but today it was not! we were welcomed with warm friendly smiles, and when my card declined ( totally my bad i am balling on a budget ) the wonderfully nice young man with dyed red hair running the register must have worked some magic for me and surprised me with my full order before the decline! it was such a thoughtful gesture and he really didn’t need to do that, thank you guys for being so sweet to me and my son.
i cried while i ate my mcdouble with no bun 🥲❤️

Staff friendly and quick.
Always clean.
Sometimes, when not busy, they do rounds to the tables to ask how's everything and even bus your tray.
The GM there is incredible.
She cares for customers as well as her employees.
I have to detour to get to this one location rather than Factoria or New Castle, but it is worth it.
Update: After a couple of months for school brake, we came back.
Still super friendly staff.
Attentive and Profesional.
Instead of us waiting for our to go order at the counter, they came to the dining area to hand it to us.

I ordered a delivery from their mcdonald app, and the uber eats driver drove off with my order even when they didn't contact me or wait 8 minutes. After getting a refund denied from uber eats, I contacted this store to see if they can't do any refunds.
Unfortunately they could not give me a refund, but they were kind enough to replace my order if I came to pick it up. As I am short on cash displacement really helped me, and now I don't need to starve.
Thank you very much to Christine and Monse for going out other ways to make sure the customers are satisfied as much as possible.
