I recently visited Taqueria San Mateo at the Valero gas station, and wow, what a hidden gem! 🌮 The quesabirria tacos were out of this world - each bite oozed flavor, especially when dipped in the rich consommé.

I also tried their mulitas and carne asada tacos, which were equally impressive. The freshness was evident, and the portion sizes were generous!

Don’t miss their agua fresca; I had the pineapple flavor and loved it.

While the setting is casual, the fantastic food and friendly service make it worth a visit. Highly recommend! 👏✨
