Taqueria Oaxaca is a hidden gem in Fresno! 🌮 I stopped by after furniture shopping and decided to try their carne asada taco and chicken quesadilla. The homemade corn tortillas were a delight, and the free toppings - grilled onions and jalapeños - really elevated the meal!

The red salsa was wonderfully spicy, adding a kick to my taco. While the quesadilla was just okay on its own, once I piled on the cilantro, onion, and salsa, it transformed into something truly special. 🙌

The quick service and ample parking made the experience even better. I can't wait to return for more al pastor tacos...!
