Taqueria El Ranchito is a hidden gem in San Jose that I recently rediscovered. The atmosphere is casual, perfect for a quick bite after a long day. I went for the carnitas tacos and was blown away by the flavor, especially when paired with their fresh red salsa. 🌮

The condiment bar is a highlight - unlimited warm tortilla chips, pico de gallo, and fresh lime wedges! While the shrimp fajita plate my dad ordered was huge and delicious, the overall portions are generous across the menu. Can't wait for Taco Tuesday!
