Taqueria el Jinete truly captures the essence of authentic Oaxacan cuisine! 🌮 The tacos are simply fire - especially the steak and el pastor, which were seasoned perfectly. I’ve also tried their chicken tinga tostada, and while it was milder than I expected, it still delivered great flavor.
