I gave Qdoba a shot for the first time in January 2023.The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, service prompt, and the food remarkably fresh.While I still lean towards Chipotle, I would definitely give Qdoba another try.

When I got there the guy was standing behind the counter and I told him I placed an order online, he just points at my bag on a shelf and goes "there it is." He couldn't be bothered to go grab it for me.The food was good, but the burrito was a little light.If I'm paying 10+ dollars for a burrito that thing better fill me up not leave me wanting more.I never have that problem at Chipotle.Either the guy skipped my burrito or yall don't make your burritos as big.Like I said the food did taste great, and the store was very clean.So not great, but not terrible.3 stars.

Came in around 7:30pm, no one was in the store.Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes and no one said a word to us.Just one lonely guy literally moping around making an online order consisting of 3 tacos.He looked up at us multiple times but refused to acknowledge us or anything.Very weird and unprofessional.We ended up just walking away and leaving since no one would do the minimum and at least say hello.
