Taqueria El Coral is a delightful gem in San Jose! 🌮 The fish tacos, made with flaky tilapia and topped with fresh veggies, are a must-try and definitely larger than most! I also enjoyed the shrimp tostada, packed with flavor and topped generously.

The enchiladas plate was satisfying, served alongside perfectly cooked rice and refried beans. My server, Milena, was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The casual atmosphere is perfect for lunch or dinner, and the fast service is a big plus! Can't wait to return for more delicious dishes! 🌶️✨.
