I recently visited Taqueria Colotlan and was blown away by their authentic flavors! 🌮 The carne asada tacos were perfectly grilled and generously topped with onions and cilantro. The salsa had just the right amount of kick to elevate every bite.
The laid-back vibe made it a perfect spot to enjoy a casual meal with friends. I also loved their horchata - it was so refreshing! Can't wait to return and try their enchiladas next time! What a gem in San Antonio! 🌟
