La Sorpresa is a delightful find! I had the huevos rancheros with carne guisada, and it was hands down one of the best breakfasts since moving to San Antonio! The homemade corn tortillas and fresh salsa verde were stars. Friendly service made the experience even better... I'll be back for lunch soon!

La Sorpresa Restaurant is an absolute gem on the South Side! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. I ordered huevos rancheros, and they were incredibly flavorful. The homemade corn tortillas were the highlight - soft and fresh! I also couldn’t resist trying their chorizo and bean tacos, which are some of the best in San Antonio.
The service was fantastic; Joana took great care of us, ensuring everything was perfect. Whether it’s breakfast or a quick bite, this place is a must-visit! Can’t wait to try their lunch next time... 😊
