I have eaten here many times.
The food is great & service on point! There can be a wait on weekends and special occasion.
I prefer to go when it isn't as busy.
Portions are decent.
Drinks are great!! Again the service is old school, they actually take the time to make sure you don't need anything and you are served quickly.
I was very impressed our last visit!

First time visiting.
Went on a Sunday.
We had to wait about 5 mins.
We didn't mind even though the hostess missed us.
Chips n salsa are good.
Only thing I thought was weird is that they don't put cheese on top of the enchiladas.
Some of the plates don't come with rice and beans they charge extra.
Overall the food was really good.
Service was awesome.
Will be going back.

Not the best I’ve had in San Antonio but I did enjoy my meal.
The place was packed for a Wednesday evening.
Even with the crowds my service was attentive and efficient.
The salsa was very good with a little kick.
I had 1/2 order of ranchero nachos which again…not the best I’ve had, but got the job done.
My main dish was grilled chicken breast with avocado salad.
The chicken was a little dry but seasoned well.
Don Pedro is a good option for this side of town, I just wouldn’t go out of the way for it.
