The Tap Room at the Hollander Hotel is a hidden treasure for anyone visiting downtown St. Petersburg. I recently enjoyed their brunch with friends and the experience was delightful. I ordered the breakfast bowl loaded with sausage, bacon, and vibrant veggies, topped with perfectly cooked eggs. The relaxed atmosphere, with live music in the background, added to the charm.
The staff was quick and friendly, making sure our double mimosas were never empty. A fantastic spot for good food and great conversation! 🍳
