Tajmahal Restaurant is a true gem in Fort Collins! 🌟 I visited while in town, and the Veg Thali was nothing short of amazing - delicious, generous portions that left me satisfied. The cozy atmosphere, filled with charming cultural art and light Bollywood entertainment, made my experience even better.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, ensuring everything was perfect. I opted for medium heat and was delighted by the flavorful dishes! The only hiccup was my mango lassi - it was a bit thinner than I expected.

Overall, a lovely spot! I can’t wait to return for more comfort food... 🍛
