If you’re in Eugene, Tacos Maria is a must-visit for authentic street tacos! 🌮 I had the pleasure of trying their Al Pastor tacos and a quesadilla al pastor, and they were nothing short of amazing. The double-tortilla goodness was crunchy and flavorful, reminiscent of real Mexican street food.

The green sauce added just the right kick! Service was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Just a heads up - parking can be a bit tricky, but trust me, the tacos are worth it. Don’t miss out on this local gem! 😋
