If you’re in Eugene, Tacos Maria is a must-visit for authentic street tacos! 🌮 I had the pleasure of trying their Al Pastor tacos and a quesadilla al pastor, and they were nothing short of amazing. The double-tortilla goodness was crunchy and flavorful, reminiscent of real Mexican street food.
