Tacos El Nevado is a cozy gem in Charlotte! 🌮

I recently stopped by for lunch and couldn’t resist trying the tacos de birria with cheese - they were absolutely fantastic! The consomé was rich and flavorful, perfectly complemented by their zesty hot sauce.

The atmosphere is casual and trendy, adorned with vibrant cultural art - definitely a feast for the eyes. Service was prompt, and the prices are incredibly reasonable.

I’ll be back for more, especially to try the Tlayuda Mixta! Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Mexican comfort food... 🥳
