Taco El Compadre is a hidden gem in Brownsville! 🌮 The atmosphere is clean and inviting, making it a great spot for casual dining. The menu is authentic Mexican, and I loved exploring options I hadn't tried before.

The flautas ahogadas are a must-try - so satisfying! While my tortilla taco was a tad oily, the flavor was still on point. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, guiding us through the menu since we don’t speak Spanish.

Overall, a fantastic value for delicious food, and I can’t wait to return!
