I waited more than 30 minutes for my order.I decided to ask the seller and the security guard who was sitting at the door about my order, how long would it take to wait for it, to which the seller would answer: if you want, you don’t want to wait, you can cancel the order and leave.I've already paid for everything.I need this order.I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes waiting for my lunch.According to the seller, I need to cancel everything, issue a refund and leave. What nonsense? What kind of attitude towards the buyer? I've never seen anything like this before.ugliness.I didn’t wait for him and left because my lunch break was over ((
I ordered on UberEats and it arrived about 20 minutes after I placed the order, but it was ice cold.It was an 80-degree day and the delivery person had my food in a hot bag. That means that the restaurant didn’t even bother to heat up the tacos because they would not have gotten ice cold in 20 minutes. They were not good at all.
Vibes are rank and the employees are the only thing worse. We once ordered and they skipped something in our order. When we brought it to their attention they kept assuring us that they would make it soon.We waited 45 minutes.Several groups of other guests came, ordered, left.Every time we order something on doordash they manage, without fail, to consistently mess something up or forget several items.I mean we've ordered upwards of 20+ times since living in the neighborhood and they've maybe gotten the entire order right with all the items like 3 times. If there is a manager that works there, can you double check that your team can read the entire order and complete the entire order.I hate to be rude, because I completely understand that mistakes happen, but where is the learning curve? When will orders actually come out right? I understand that the employees might be frustrated and underpaid; however, it's ridiculous to have to reorder things each and every time.Honestly better off closing this location.Hope they strongly consider doing that.
