I always come here for the SaltFish and Festival, but this morning, I wasted my money, and the customer service lacks customer service.This is not the islands.I sent out someone to go pick up my food, and I got Orka in my saltfish, and I don't eat orka and I felt like the plate was halfway full, and the plate was mainly Orka.I work in the food business as well, and I do management, so I tried to take out the Orka and not complain but today I had a long day ahead of me and i wanted some good breakfast to full me up and it was pointless because it it was 80% Orka, 10% fish, 10% empty and i couldn't enjoy it.This is not my first time here, and I always and only buy saltfish from the store, nothing else. The lightskin lady usually serves me, and she's usually nice, but today, a darker shade lady served me.I was disappointed. I went back out in the freezing cold to see if they can exchange it with another chicken soup because I don't eat Orka and the plate wasn't presentable at all and when I got there and explained to lightskin lady like you know I always come and we never have an issue I don't want to be refunded because I support all my blacks and Caribbean store's , I just don't like to played about MY food.I didn't touch nothing in the bag so they can see what i was served and why im upset about it The lightskin lady didn't care enough that she just ignored me and started to talk to someone else instead of trying to fix the issue to make sure all parties is happy she just rolled her eyes saying I can't take it back ( all she had to do was give me a chicken soup that cost less than what I payed for the food and she could of threw the food out or handed it to a homeless ) she never offered My cash back , she didn't care enough to hear me , she didn't solve the issue , she flat-out ignored me in my face and talked to someone else with an attitude and her enegry and face wasn't as pleasing as the food. I thought it was unprofessional and tasteless.Especially since i'm regular, this will be my last time spending any dollar in this franchise.You can keep the change.I was so disgusted that I handed my food to a homeless person.Waste of money, energy, & time.I'm officially done with this location.

Customer service is severely lacking and they can move so slow here.Besides that, the beef patties and porridge is good!
