I recently visited Taco Bell at SE Loop 410, eager to try the new dipping taco. 🌮 The food was definitely tasty, and I loved the late-night vibe, but the overall experience was a mixed bag.
While the convenience of kiosks is great for quick orders, the customer service fell short. I stood at the counter for a while waiting to be acknowledged, and it felt a bit awkward. Thankfully, Galvin came through to help!
I was really looking forward to my crispy tacos, but they felt a bit skimpy on the fillings... I might stick to drive-thru next time! 🌟
