worst place ever.
I don’t frequent fast food places but every once in awhile if I’m on the road it is convenient.
I am very polite and patient naturally but I also worked retail for many years and put in the work to become a manager (and leave the field altogether).
I’ve always been the customer to come behind an angry, rude or disrespectful customer and extend words of encouragement to the service worker to lift their spirits.
The employee ( Raj is the name said in the receipt )at this Taco Bell is disgusting! Rude, lazy, and slammed the window in our faces when we asked for the manager (and we asked politely!) screwed up our order and we’re mad at us that they screwed up.
Wouldn’t give us taco sauce, half melted drink (was supposed to be frozen) it was just horrible.
And they didn’t care one bit.
People can say what they want about pay or whatever crap excuse they want to give for unethical and just bad behavior but it doesn’t justify anything.
I worked for $8 an hour and attended college barely sleeping at night and I was a top employee.
As I said moving up the tanks to management within 6 months.
I became a manager at 19 and I loved my job and the customers.
I thank God for my experiences.
People are just miserable, lazy and disgusting these days.
Especially young people and might I add that I am still “young” so I’m not some old person who hates young people.
I’m telling it like it is.

I tried to order at the drive thru, been here many times, I was rudely talked over continually, then left without placing an order.
When I called to speak to the manager he blew me off until I told him that I'd just complain to the corporate office, then he took it seriously, had enough of bad service and marginal, often cold food, not coming back.
I generally don't post bad reviews unless I experience bad service multiple time.
Again never coming back, there are better places to eat close by

I love the taco bell touch screen & I'm really impressed with the quality of food at this location.
Even tho the ingredients may come pre-made, you can tell whether they were assembled with care.
