Went through the drive-through tonight.
The girl at the window it took my order was very nice patient and had a smile when I got to the window.
I couldn’t get my card to work on my phone.
She was very patient until I got it.

This Taco Bell is first one in a long time that actually makes the food right.
The refried beans are cooked properly and the correct consistency!! It was perfectly made...

I went to this establishment last week around 11 am.
The lobby only had 2 people eating, and the drive-thru had about 3 cars.
I went inside to sit down and eat.
I waited 4 minutes before a young lady working there looked at me and said, "Can you order at the kiosk." I said no thank you, and I left.
I am old school.
I don't want to order at a kiosk.
If I have to order from kiosk, I don't need it.
I was very disappointed.
I get it they don't want to pay employees $20 an hour so they have minimal employees.
I think the customer should have a choice whether they want to use the kiosk or speak to a live person.
I am young enough to use a kiosk, but i refuse to.
What about our elders who have no clue nor do they want to be bothered with a kiosk.
Maybe when these establishments lose enough customers, they will either hire enough employees to help the front or they will close! Not to mention, they mopped the outside and inside at the same time, so all the floors were wet along with the walkway!
