Taco Bell claims to be a good option for vegetarians.
However my experience this afternoon was unacceptable.
I took one bite of my black bean crunchwrap supreme and realized that it was made with beef.
Thank god I didn’t swallow it.

I placed an order for delivery through the app tonight and after my delivery driver (from a third party app) picked up my food, my order was canceled.
I called the store and the general manager was INCREDIBLY kind and accommodating and even remade my food for free despite the fact that the mistake wasn’t even the store’s fault at all.
Everyone I spoke to there was so kind.
I’m not even a huge Taco Bell person but this experience made me want to keep going back to this store just for the amazing customer service.
It was hands down the best service I’ve gotten from any fast food restaurant before.

Ordered there and ordered several tacos and absolutely none of them had Lettuce.
Also had Mexican pizza as part of that order and they left all the toppings off of it.
It was 2 shells, beans and cheese.
I would not recommend this taco bell to anyone.
