Braise Contemporary Southern is a hidden gem within the Raleigh Marriott! The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between casual and trendy, making it a cozy spot for everyone.

I visited for brunch and was blown away by the Southern-inspired dishes. The fried chicken and waffles were crispy and delicious, while the biscuits and gravy were heavenly! 🍽️
