I used to think that Jersey MIkes was far and above other chain subs, particularly Subway.Based on last night, either I had a bad experience or the quality standards have changed substantially.The roast beef was well done, the quantity was sparse and there was nothing about the sandwich that would entice me to want another one, ever. The amount of meat in the Italian sub was also sparse-everything was cut so thin, it had minimal taste; there was no pepperoni, there were no olives and the condiments were limited.The workers were âunfriendlyâ and Iâll leave it at thatâŚPrices have gone upâof course they have, but the quality and quantity of the sandwich was less than appealing and no longer worth the money.Too bad, because this location is very conveniently located and could have been a frequent stop off for me and my kidsâŚAbsolutely do not recommendâŚ

Will never get my business again.Ordered on app at 5:19.Said would be ready at 5:34.Was at store at 5:30.No one ever addressed me to see what I was waiting for.Customers came in and ordered after me and left before me.Wasn't ready till 5:45 after I asked where it was.Then there was a mix up in the order (which may have been my fault) but they acted like they just wanted me to leave.They showed me the order that came across and walked away never asking if I wanted to correct it.Customer service should be a 0.

Tori and her team always do a great job. I had a fairly large call-in order for a family get together today. Called it in around 10 to pickup around noon. Walked in at 12:10, and everything was all done, packaged nicely, and labeled for easy identification. Great customer service, per usual. Well done JM Olde Raleigh!
