The food is generally hot and fresh, although my last Crunchwrap was a bit haphazardly put together, and I did face a long wait at the drive-thru. The service staff is friendly, which helps.
I appreciate the wheelchair accessibility and the casual atmosphere, making it great for families. Just don’t expect lightning-fast service! It’s decent for a late-night option, but I think they could improve on order accuracy. Overall, it’s a mixed bag... 🌯
