We were greeted when we entered the store.
We were acknowledged several times by employees.
No one ever came to the register, no one ever said please order using the kiosk.
I just happened to turn around and saw it.
I gave a two star for service, because we were greeted and acknowledged.
They deserve a one star, because I did not interact with anyone.
I'm sure the service is great here, but our only customer experience was with the kiosk and the young man that put the food on the counter and said, "Here you go." The atmosphere was ok, it was cold in in the dining room.
The tables appeared clean, but the condiment station was a mess.
I will not be going back inside this restaurant again unless it is to use the restroom, which was clean.
If they only cater to drive thru customers, why even have the dining room open.
I was not pleased.

Piss Poor Customer Service.
Inadequate Workers.
Do not anticipate your order being correct.
As a Consumer, if you bring up your order being incorrect? You will have the drive thru window slammed and locked in front of you.
Instead of correcting your order.

I walked in for a pickup order.
I was never acknowledged the entire 8 minutes I stood there.
3 employees looked right at me, never spoke or offered services, just taking drive thru orders.
I saw an employee sweeping the dining room floor, I told her I was picking up and order.
She took an earbud out her ear, walked toward me, then turned around and started sweeping again!… Ummmm, what?!? After standing there like I’m invisible for almost 10 minutes, I canceled my order and left.
