If you’re in Memphis, Genghis Grill is a must-visit! 🥢 The casual atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is friendly, making it a great spot for a solo meal or a small gathering. I loved the pot stickers - they were divine! The Supreme Fried Rice Bowl was tasty, though I wished the udon noodles were a bit better cooked.

The service was fast, and it was refreshing to see a clean ingredient line. Their cocktail list sounded great, even though they no longer serve alcohol. Overall, it’s a fun place to enjoy a meal; I’ll definitely return! 🌟
