Taco Bell

Every time I come to this store the service is ALWAYS horrible.
There where 3 people waiting for 10 minutes for help (all I needed was a cup they forgot to put with my online order) I asked 3 times if someone could help us and out of the 5 employees not one of them did.
I will say sometimes the food is good but this time every quesadilla of mine (3) where not even melted.
Our cheese cup for our nachos wasn’t even half way full.
All the steak on my quesadilla was in one piece and my soft taco was so messy I took one bite and threw it away.
I hate to complain, I am in the food service industry and this is absolutely unacceptable.
I doubt we will come to this location again.
We will just drive out of our way to the Thompson location.

Typical border visit, everything was good, I got what I ordered, at least (which is more than I can say for some other branches).... unti I looked for the fire sauce...and found 2 packets........2.......
for a 5 item order...
c'mon Taco Bell, you can't go getting skimpy on the sauce now, that's half the reason I'm going there!

THEY STOLE MY TACO! My husband and I pulled through and ordered 3 Taco Supremes, a burrito and a spicy taco burrito. I ate two of the taco supremes and they were fine.
I gave him the third one and he realized that I had sour cream on mine, and tomatoes.
But his didn’t.
He asked if it was supposed to have it and I said it was. So we drive through again.
The girl at the drive through TOOK HIS TACO out of his hands to show the manager.
A minute later and he came up and said “I’m sorry bro, there WAS sour cream on that taco and we aren’t giving you another one.” My husband said “Well, can I at least have my taco back?” And the manager said “No, she wasn’t supposed to take it away and we aren’t giving you a FREE one!” Unbelievably bad service.
First the manager accuses my husband of lying to him (and not like he even knows us), and takes the taco we paid too much for, and then won’t replace it! Avoid avoid avoid.
And avoid hiring people from this place, too, because this is what they will have learned to call customer service. M
