Not happy - but let me explain why…We have been frequenting this restaurant for years.
We usually just get take out salsa and chips and we do this a couple times a month.
We have always loved this place UNTIL TODAY.
I came at lunchtime to grab chips and salsa for when my hubby got home from work a few hours later….He got home and opened the plastic bag of chips to get to the white paper sack that the tortilla chips were in and there was a crushed bug on the bag.
Completely disgusted, I called and spoke with the manager who basically blew me off when I told him there was a bug in our food.
He happened to be the same gentleman that took my payment.
Said he would call pest company.
He asked for my name and said he would replace my order.
I said no thank you we won’t be back, this is gross.
He said give it 2-3 weeks (if that would make me more comfortable) and come back for my order replacement.
I was told that I could not get a refund only a replacement of my order - which OBVIOUSLY I do not want.
EVER.

Came to pickup order paid for a drink the guy employee who wears finger nail polish forgot to give it to me and immediately started helping the next customer even tho I had asked about my drink.
Very unprofessional and rude about the situation.

There was an issue with too much salt in my food, but they brought me a replacement meal,which I appreciated.
Service was excellent
