The person working the driver thru April 1st-2nd.Is the rudest person I’ve ever made contact with in a customer service role. This is the second time they messed up my order that I’ve had to go back for. 1st time they were nice and gave me cinnamon twists for the inconvenience of driving back 2nd time the person working the window was rude.I don’t understand why she was angry with me, her anger should be with the management that failed to train the staff properly on how to make the items. She should not be working in customer service.Period.Get her out of there put her as a line cook.Or just get rid of her all together.
Always quality service at this taco bell! The store stays clean, food stays fresh and hot, and the employees will make sure to closely listen to every customer's requests or criticism to make sure that everyone's needs are met & they can walk away feeling full and content with a smile on their face 😎
I had two different transactions since I was coming from work.The guy at the drive through said since there was a car behind me I couldn't place two orders.What's the issue.It's gonna take you the same amount of time to make $55 worth of food, or a $20 and $35 order? So I had to go back through the drive through on my 30 minute lunch break to order twice.2nd time the line is packed.Absolutely ridiculous dude.His response to me was "whatever".I'll drive to the 1st St taco bell next time.
