Sushi Hiro in Las Vegas is a hidden gem! 🌟 After hearing rave reviews, my partner and I finally visited, and wow, we were blown away.

We kicked things off with the crispy rice - absolutely addictive! For our rolls, we tried the Mermaid and the Crunchy Toro; both were rich and flavorful, but the Mermaid stole my heart. We also indulged in the Hiro Omakase, which included stunning sashimi and an A5 Wagyu dish that was pure bliss.

And can we talk about their Nanbu Bijin sake? A perfect pairing! 🍶 Don’t miss this spot if you love fresh sushi without the hefty price tag! We'll be back for
