Island Sushi and Grill is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! 🌺 The ambiance may be simple, but the food is outstanding. I've been coming here for years, and their spicy avocado ahi and kimchi cucumbers are must-tries. Sushi rolls are half off on Tuesdays, making it an incredible deal!

While the to-go orders have a wait, it’s worth it for the quality you receive. Just a heads-up, I found the ginger portions a bit lacking, even when I paid extra. But overall, the flavors are always on point! Definitely coming back for that haupia cake! 🍰
