Sunshine Breakfast Bar is a delightful gem in Phoenix! 🌞

I indulged in the Blueberry Bacon Pancakes and Cinnamon Roll French Toast - both were heavenly! The pancakes were fluffy, and the combination of sweet and savory flavors had me hooked. Our server, Michelle, was fantastic, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our coffee cups were never empty!

The outdoor seating was lovely, especially under the heaters. Although parking can be a bit tricky during busy hours, the fast service and friendly atmosphere make it worth the visit. I can’t wait to return for more! 🍽️
